Support Groups
Our current offerings are...
- Bridges of Hope: a group for adults, who have experienced the death of a spouse, sibling, friend recently. This group is offered several times each year.
- Lunch Group: a daytime social group intended for bereaved spouses that meets once a month at a local restaurant for a "dutch treat" meal.
- Pathways: an adult group being offered in the Sandwich area fall 2009. This group is intended for those who have experienced the death of a loved one in the past 12-18 months and feel the need to learn, grow, and feel connected.
- Journey: an adult group being offered monthly to those who have attended a group in the past and continue to feel the need for support and for those who are newly bereaved and looking for a group such as this.
- First Friday Friends Club: a children's bereavement group for kids ages 6-13 years who have experienced the death of a parent. Meets monthly during the school year.
- Kids' Connection Club: Sandwich area children's bereavement group for kids ages 6-13 years who have experienced the death of a parent. Meets twice a month during the school year.
- Living After Loss: A Group for Child Loss. Parents who have experienced the death of a child, no matter the age or how long it's been, and feel the need for continuing support are welcome to attend this monthly on-going group.
