Education and Support in Grief

DeKalb County Hospice publishes a newsletter for loss six times a year.  The Bereavement Care Newsletter is a source of ongoing support for those who are grieving.

Contained in its pages are articles, poems and essays to help you feel less alone, to help you understand the many feelings associated with grief and to provide hope and healing.  Please call to receive the Bereavement Care Newsletter.  There is no charge for our newsletters.

DeKalb County Hospice offers bereavement support groups throughout the year. Our groups are professionally facilitated and open to the community. Our goal is to offer a warm and safe environment in which to learn about the feelings of grief, and to provide suggestions and ideas for coping with loss.  There is no charge for participation.  Please call to learn about what group might be right for you.

Please call Sue Rankin, Bereavement Program Coordinator, directly at 787-8907 or call Hospice at 756-3000 or e-mail Sue Rankin.
